Weekend fun

Ahhh, hooray! It's Saturday!!

It's already been an amazing day! I did a little bit of shopping and got some great deals. I just have to say, I absolutely LOVE T.J. Maxx & Marshalls & Homegoods. If you haven't been to any of those stores, you have to go. Designer items - for super amazing prices.

Anyway, just had to express my love for those stores.  :)

Last night, we found out that Honey barks at airplanes & is scared of thunderstorms. Haha, silly dog. She's adorable. I'll have to try to get a video of her barking at an airplane, because it is hilarious!!
Riley has adjusted well with Honey here. He tries to fetch with Honey, super cute.

Here's an adorable picture of our two babies hanging out:

Have a great weekend guys!! XOXO

Meet Honey

Hey everyone! It's been another long week, so ready for the weekend to get here!!

The exciting news is that we have adopted a dog! Her name is Honey (formerly known as Chloe). She's absolutely adorable! :) She's a little chunky, but we have her on a diet, so she'll lose that extra weight in no time! She is surprisingly energetic, and LOVES to go for walks, and play fetch!

Walking with her stylish PINK harness and leash :p

It's been great having her so far. Riley and Honey seem to get along pretty well, and I'm sure they will become friends as time goes on. :)

Spring!

Hey guys! Happy FRIDAY! The flowers & trees are beginning to bloom, so it looks like Spring time has arrived.  :)

Last weekend was a great time. Nathan's parents came to visit!

We went hiking to Laurel Falls in the Smokies! This was technically our first hike since we have been in TN. It was an easy, but really fun hike. It was even warm enough to wear shorts!!

Here's some info on our hike:

Length: 4 miles; Laurel Falls 1.3 miles
Level of difficulty: Moderate
Elevations Start 2,250 feet; end 4,000 feet
Connections: Sugarland Mountain, Little Greenbrier, Cove Mountain
Map: USGS quad 156NE, Gatlinburg

After our hike, we ventured over to Gatlinburg and went to the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery & to Bootleggers Homemade Wine!

We continued to walk around and visit a few of the shops & got some delicious Ben & Jerry's icecream! YUM!
Nathan attacked some bears...

We also got to go to a "Car Show" close to home on Saturday morning. It was held at the European Auto Garage. There were some gorgeous cars, such as this amazing Ferrari -
