Happy Easter

Happy Easter weekend! I hope everyone has a blessed weekend!

Nathan and I will be busy working on our flooring tomorrow, so I wanted to wish everyone a happy Easter early! :)

We finished installing the flooring downstairs, but still have the upstairs hallway & stairs to complete. I'm truly blessed to have such a talented, smart, and handy husband! We have been able to accomplish so many projects on our home (just the two of us), and it's wonderful!

Looking good, right? :) Of course it will look much better once we steam/mop the floor and install the bottom molding & bring our furniture back in! We are just thrilled to almost be done with this project! 

Spring!!

Spring has arrived (sort of)! Trees and flowers are beginning to bloom, however, we are supposed to get some snow this week! I don't know about you guys, but I am definitely ready for warmer weather.

We've been super busy the past few months, I cannot believe March is almost over.
We have started on our spring renovation project for the house - new flooring!! No more stinky, old carpet!! It looks amazing, and it is going to help us out with our allergies (major plus).

We chose a 12 mm laminate flooring. Matterhorn - butterscotch elite. 

We are installing the floor downstairs, the stairs, and in the hallway upstairs. We will replace the carpet in the bedrooms soon after this project. :) So excited to get this project over and done with!!
