Nathan, as always, is extremely busy with work. On his spare time, he has gotten even more into his new hobby, astronomy & astrophotography. We've joined a local astronomy group, and we will even be attending a Star Party this year! I've been super impressed with the photographs that Nathan has already been able to capture with his equipment.
I've been busy with work at the title company. I'm hoping to expand our marketing by using social media. :)
During my free time, I have been enjoying my hobby of photography. I received a Canon 60d for my birthday last year, so I've been loving taking pictures!
With Nathan's passion for astronomy and astrophotography, he has inspired me with my photography. I cannot wait to learn more about my camera and take better pictures!
I have also begun the process of joining the Daughter's of the American Revolution. I was ecstatic when I found out that my Great Grandmother and my Grandmother were both members. I attended a Chapter meeting in March, and look forward to the next meeting next weekend! It's very exciting for me!

Nathan and I celebrated our sixth year wedding anniversary last month as well! Can you believe we have been married SIX YEARS?! Wow :)
We've definitely been enjoying the amazing Tennessee weather the past few months. Since it has been so gorgeous, we planted knock out roses in the backyard. I hope they grow well, especially since I'm not familiar with gardening or keeping plants alive very long! I have heard that knock out roses are easy to take care of, so here's to crossing our fingers that our roses grow and survive.
One of our three planters we planted our knock out roses in:
Our magnolia tree that we planted last year is doing great! Ignore the weeds we need to pull ;p
I think I have caught ya'll up on how we have been & what all we have been up to! Hopefully I will do a better job at keeping up with this blog :)
Laters!
